Ryan Wing:  On behalf of TXWA, we congratulate Ryan Wing as a recipient of the TXWA 2021 Fall Scholarship award.  Ryan Wing is a graduate of McKinney Boyd High School and will be attending Texas Tech University as a Freshman in the Fall.  Ryan will be pursuing a career in business management where he has already attained some leadership skills working over the summer at his local Home Depot during the pandemic.  Ryan also loves track, basketball, & running.  We wish Ryan luck as he opens a new chapter in his life at Texas Tech this Fall.  Good luck!

Luke Griggs: On behalf of TXWA, we congratulate Luke as a recipient of the TXWA 2021 Fall Scholarship award. After completing his Associates of Arts degree at McLennan Community College, Luke transferred to Texas Tech University where he’s pursuing a degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance. While at McLennan, Luke was a member of College Golf Fellowship and served as the Captain of the McLennan Golf Team. As a Junior at Texas Tech, Luke is a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity and enjoys raising money for the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation. We wish you much success this year!

Kayleigh Shumaker:  On behalf of TXWA, we congratulate Kaleigh as a recipient of the TXWA 2021 Fall Scholarship award.  Kayleigh is currently attending Texas A&M University and Junior where she is pursuing her passion to be a Veterinarian.  Kaleigh is currently Vice President of the Biomedical Sciences Association (Vet Branch) and is working 16 hours a week at TAMU Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital.  Good luck Kayleigh and we hope for your continued success.

Madeline Cendrick:  On behalf of TXWA, we congratulate Maddie as a recipient of the TXWA 2021 Fall Scholarship award.  A junior at Baylor University from Arlington, TX.  Maddie is pursuing a degree in Theatre Performance and a minor in Business Marketing.  Her junior year she will serve as the Class Representative for Theatre Council and the liaison between her class and faculty.  Maddie was also chosen as the Sing Chair for Chi Omega this year, which is a huge honor for this over 50 year long tradition at Baylor.  Finally, she also leads two life groups of college kids at her church each week.

Bailey Rae Hull:  On behalf of TXWA, we congratulate Bailey Rae as a recipient of the TXWA 2021 Fall Scholarship award.  As a student at Rock Creek High School, she was a member of the National Honor Society, FFA, Student Council and 4H.  After graduating from high school in 2020, plans to begin her college journey took a detour with an opportunity to join The Voice Season 19.  In case you missed it, she made it to the Top 9!  In the Spring of 2021, TXWA was blessed to have Bailey Rae share her music with us at the Spring Social.  This Fall, Bailey Rae will attend Collin College pursuing an Associate Degree in Commercial Music.  She plans to transfer to a four-year University and continue sharing her love of music with the students of Shawnda Raines Studios, teaching guitar and ukulele lessons.  We wish you much success in the pursuit of your dreams!
